So after the chilled Balearic delights of our first EP from Test Card we're stretching out and bookending the stylistically diverse, tempo fluctuating intentions of The Slow Music Movement Label by going peak time Slow Music with the one and only, genuinely unique sounds of Teleseen.

Check out this stylistically ambiguous EP of soaring synths, jazz & dub tickled tribal futurism, tropical bass meets slow house, ayahuasca infused spiritual moombahton or just tunes. Call it what you will, you won't have heard anything like this EP from Teleseen.

About Teleseen:
Teleseen is the project of Gabriel Cyr, a producer and DJ based between NYC and Rio de Janeiro. His music draws on wide range of global influences from samba and dub to the darker corners of deep house and Detroit techno and the experimentalism of his hometown. Known for his shifting, polyrhythmic programming style and psychedelic synth work, his music has been released on labels such as 100% Silk, Boomarm Nation, Percepts and Goldmin Music

Harriet Richardson is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Berlin whose work tends to revolve around nature abstracted, the psyche & the absurd. Her work for The Slow Music Movement is designed to be both visually attractive & simultaneously thought provoking, expressing our shared frustrations at today’s existential issues - the environment, neoliberal driven consumerism, climate change, over population, "that feeling of powerlessness & at the same complicity through our problematic lifestyles & the uneven battle grounds in the fight for social & environmental justice". It also looks pretty damn good :)

About The Slow Music Movement
The Slow Music Movement is an evolving organism with an ambitious evolutionary plan. It was launched in 2017 as a bi-weekly radio show & a daily music recommendation service with a focus on laid back, quality, non generic music, predominantly from independent artists & labels that we’ve dug a bit deeper to discover. We then share that music across the social media landscape. After some healthy organic growth it’s now time to put our money where our mouth is & launch a label.

10% of all label /streaming revenue will go to Client Earth to help mitigate our environmental impact & try and make a difference.
